hI THIS IS ANVESH MY CASE IS SUBJUDICE IN DELHI TISHAZARI COURT AND AT THE TIME OF MEDIATION MY WIFE'S ADVOCATE HAS THREATEN MY FATHER ABOUT K "TUM MUJE JANTE NAI HO ME BOHT KUCH KARWA SAKTA HU TUMRA OR TUMRE LADKE KA" is it possible to take any action or file a case against her advocate under which section as my all case is pending before the court like sec 125, sec 24 , sec 498a (already got AB), DV act 2005.plse suggest me sume idea.

These are pressure techniques adopted by other side lawyers, better avoid anc concentrate on the main case.

If you feel hurt or threatened by this incidence out of court, you may express your fears about the threats made by the advocate before the court through your advocate on the next date of hearing. An advocate cannot behave like this with the opposite client, it is unethical and unprofessional. alternately, you may lodge a complaint with the local bar association against the threatening advocate.
