B EXECUTED A PRONOTE FOR MONEY IN FAVOUR OF A IN DEC 2011.IN OCT 2014 A CAME TO KNOW THAT B HAD LEFT HOME WITHOUT ADDRESS.NOW HOW CAN A INCREASE LIMITATION
PERIOD SO AS TO HAvE ENOUGH TIME TO TRACE OUT B ?

Yes, December,14 is the last month ( 3 years from the date of execution of Pro-note) when you can file civil suit for recovery of money.
In the said suit file an application of attachment before judgement as well.

Case should be filed before the expiry of the limitation if limitation can not be extended.
