Husband file false allegation to his wife as crulety & desertion

If the husband has file petition for divorce in court & in that petition he has making lots of false allegation to his wife under cruelty & desertion. But wife doesn't want to divorce from his husband. She had filed RCR in her court. After that how to husband had prove the cruelty & desertion in court?
can any one suggest me sitetion?

The allegations from husband has to be proved before the court. If wife oppose, it would be difficult to get divorce by the husband.

Only the husband, who had been the target of cruelty of wife, can produce proof, not the members of this forum. For citations, your own lawyer should do the home work to sustain the case. Moreover, when you are stating that husband has made false allegations, how you can expect help from the members of this community when you have not stated how you are concerned with the case. Naturally, as your name "Mayur" suggests, you cannot be the wife upon whom false allegations have been made.
