Hello sir its a very big story about our inherited land my father expires many years ago , my brother & my mother had made mutual agreement for there share only (aaras paras samjuti karat) with someone else without my consent means when they made this aggrement I don't know , this land is agriculture land when I know about it I take objection & declared paper notice in news after that we compro & they transfer land on my name via without consideration aggrement there is one entry already passed (kacchi entry) in mamlat dar but now that third party who made aggrement with my family member made case on them & stop my new entry in land pakki entry in 7/12& 8/a , I m ready to pay what hi given to my family but he wants only land but I don't want to give him land what to do

Without going through all the documents nothing can be said about merits. Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.
