Pl clarify weather we are entitle for any compensation or closure benefits .

You may refer to the service conditions inserted in appointment letter/contract of employment, HR policy/Service Rules and regulations of the establishment and refer to clauses on Lay Off compensation……………..
Min amounts shall be the notice period/pay in lieu of it, and Max amounts is the compensation claimed by you/awarded by the court of law.
Has the establishment communicated closure of the firm and Non Availability of the alternative position in writing?
A Law firm where you are located can advise you further.

Refer your appointment / service conditions. You are not entitled more than what is mentioned.
