25 yrs of possession

I am living in a house for last 25 years.
By the will of my father, it belongs to my brother. By an oral family settelment it was given to me. For 25 yrs my brother didn't say anything.
Now, when the elders of the family are gone, he has filed a case on me.
does the law of adverse possesion apply in my case.

Try to have amicable settlement. Challenge the will. Produce the evidences of relatives before whom the settlement was done.

is your brother relying upon the will ? are the attesting witness alive ? it would be difficult to prove will after 25 years
