Fake cast certificate

Sir,
If a govt. employee establish by the enquiry authority and reported that his cast certificate produce during the time of recruitment/appoint is not genuine.Accordingly the appointing authority has been terminated him from service.
That, The candidate originally belongs to SC category but obtain ST category certificate.
That, whether he is illegible to applied for further new service or not ?.if illegible,then in SC category or General category he is illegible.
That, can he illegible to get his original cast certificate SC category ?.
Sir kindly advice me the legal procedure how it will be solve.

Dear Author, The Employee had committed an offence of Submitting a Forged Document and had been terminated from his Job. That's It.Let him apply for any job Fresh with his Original Caste Certificates.

The caste certificate was false, he was rightly terminated.

After termination from service can the appointing authority refer to any judicial proceeding or lodge any FIR against him for incorrect certificate.If so what the solution.

Consult A local Advocate, Discuss and be Protected, It depends on the Vigilance Dept whether they would prefer to proceed Legally with Criminal Proceeding or Not.Any how be Prepared.Your very last query Iam Sorry to say and left with no other option It is really Stupid Question.

I will fully agree with Mr NJS Rajkumar.
Many such FIRs have been registered.

I will fully agree with Mr NJS Rajkumar.
There is absolutely no provision in law for this.
If he is keen to join Govt against than can come as general candidate where none will ask for caste certificate.
The candidate is lucky if merely terminated. Rater dismissal would have resulted in he being eligible for any service even as a general candidate.
If he ever applies for Govt service he has to give details of past employment.
