dear sir/madam
my ques is related to previous all misconducts of my husband
1 he put me and my 8 month daughter out of house now we r with my parents from 2 years
2 he filed false case on us that we (me and my family) ruined his reputation in front of public.in this case he also submit application in front of judge but judge dismiss it and case is in my favor..
3 when my parents went to his house for talking.he put false complaint in police station against my parents that they manhandled his mother .his mother got admitted in hospital for 6 days..but after police inquiry and doctor report and all nurse opinion my husband and his mother proved wrong and police shut the case and give warning to my husband not to come again with false complaint.
4 which complaint i put to ssp office few months back my husband promise us for compromise and to take us back he said us to take our complaint back we take it back but he didn't come....
5 i file dv case on him few months back in which he put application to dismiss my case but judge dissmiss his application..
after all these misbehaviours of my husband how can i use all these incidents against him? he is doing wrong with me as well as my daughter ..not giving my belongings as well as my qualification certificates...what shoul i do?????

you have filed DV case . in said complaint you must have applied for return of your streedhan and other belongings .
further you can issue notice to your legal husband to return all your original certificates lying in his possession . if he fails to do file criminal complaint against him before local police station

File DV case, demand maintenance, your stidhan and certificates. File cases at your parents place. Consult local lawyer.
