Dear Querist
It may be possible that IO get arrest permission from DCP/SSP and he is willing to give you a Pre-arrest notice as per notice bail order passed by High Court or Session Court, so No need to worry.
You may file the reply on DV Complaint along with a Complaint u/s 340 of Cr.P.C. before court.
Feel free to call
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 20 September 2014
If you have already been enlarged on bail, the IO will not seek to arrest you, but you have to call on the police station for investigation on being summoned. As far as the bills for purchase of jewelry, you may take it from the court once the case is coming for trial. allow the trial of the cases to start and then plan the strategy to challenge the cases including filing a perjury case, don't rush up things out of anxiety. Discuss in detail with your lawyer about next course of action.
