Change name in study certificates

My name is T.JAGATH PRASANNA. I have all my id's as T.JAGATH PRASANNA but in my ssc,inter and degree certificates it is R.JAGATH PRASANNA. How to change the name in all my certificates.I finished my ssc in 2003 and inter in 2007,distance degree in 2014. Please give answer quickly and help me

how wrong name came on certificate.

It is better to get your Ids accordingly. Change in these Id would be easy at this stage.

Thanks for your reply sir. I was in tamilnadu till 2002 there father's name is initial for son.So I continued with father's name ramana as intial R.Jagathprasanna. But IN 2003 we came to hyderabad and joined in 10th class but i didn't changed my name.So it came in 10th memo it continued like that. Please give me suggestion how to change name in my certificates sudhir kumar sir.

thanks for your reply sir rajendra k goyal .now can I change my name?. I don't have any name change certificate and i don't have any id proofs with R.Jagath prasanna.
