builder problems

HI I had booked a shop in Gurgaon with one of the reputed builders way back in 2011 and paid as per demand raised by the builder.In addition to the delay in construction the builder has also changed the location of the shop without informing me. Infact he sent a misleading letter informing me that the area of my shop has changed without mentioning that the location also has changed. I have been requesting them the give me a proper alternative or refund the amount with interest. They have given me some options of other shops which are worse. What are my legal options.

issue legal notice to builder to allot the shop booked by you . that change in location and change in size is not acceptable to you . in alternative ask for refund of money paid with interest
