Parent bail

Hello sir,

I have got the bail by spending 24 hrs in jail gurgaon.
Now i am worried about my parent bail as they are not living with me they are in MP and my mom came only 1 time in last 16 month in my house when my wife was with me. now its been 13 month my wife not with me and filed false 498a case.

so please suggest how much % chances that court will grant bail to my parent and any strong point that all you suggest to include in bail application ?

In Haryana normally the husband gets bail after 1 day JC and 1 day PC. After that the parents get anticipatory Bail.

You discuss the case with your lawyer; as normally police does not chargesheet people who have not stayed with the complainant. So in that case; shall you apply for AB for them or not.
