1. Robbery case registered under 392 and 34 Mumbai jurisdiction. 4 days back.
2. There is CCTV footage of the robbery with govt hospital, which has been seen by concerned police station along with complainant.
3. For catching the accused the task assigned to crime branch unit.
Query
1. Can additional facts be added in cr.
2. Does crime br involved in such cases for catching accused.
3. Why accused is not arrested yet.
4. Will arrest will take place first or crime branch will investigate.
5. Before cr, statement was given and signed by complainant, which is not given to complainant, despite of repeated request, what can be done.
