What steps are to be taken on behalf of the Complainant in 138 matter of NI Act as against the Accused where the Accused has failed to file Appeal as well has failed to deposit the compensation amount awarded by the trial court on or before completion of 30 days of the judgement/order.

Once convicted and he has not applied for suspense of sentence, his bail may be cancelled, he may be taken into custody, this is a regular procedure, why there was a lapse all these while on this issue?
