Sir, as our Grandmother has made a will for the property but in that will she has particularly mentioned that no right to sell, mortgage will be for us that is her grand child reds but grand grand children will have that right but i have not married my age around 45. I am not going to marry what to do if i want to sell the property pls help me

1)U may venture to sell if Wil is bequeathed to u alone. However purchaser agree to it
2) Right title interest has to be transfered in his name the purchaser.

In the will its clearly mentioned the Area of property each person gets and also says that the Grand Grand son can sell r mortgage the Respective property they get through them

In the given facts, you cannot sell the property rather the children of your sister and brother shall get such opportunity.
