Dear All experts,
We are a Private Limited Company. Is it mandatory to constitute "Sexual Harassment Committee" even for only 1 woman employee? If yes, then How to constitute such committee in our company. Please guide. There is only one woman employee in our company. Please provide some reference.
First of all thanks for you reply. There are more than 20 employee in our company. Please suggest wthere we have to constitute such committee, Mandatory?

option 1. Show that women employee as a consultant and not on pay role, also show her salary as consultancy fees, since she is not on ur payrole now, no need for the committee

Committee is required to be constituted wherein there are more than 2 lady employees.
