Valuation of stampduty

Respected Sir,
I have to calculate stamp duty of builtup area. The construction is completed on year 1983. We have completion certificate. After pursuing ready reckoner, the depreciation is 60%.
Please give formula to calculate stamp duty of built up area. The said property is locketed in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

The stamp duty is to calculated by the local Registration Office, not you.

Stamp duty differs in every state, contact local lawyer.

You may have to visit your local registrar office to know about the exact stamp duty that may be required to be paid or to be calculated based on the present status of your building.
