Free access of biometric father

I have taken divorce since last two years back. In the divorce decree, free access is given to my daughter's biometric father and custody is given to me. Since last one and half years, he has not come to meet her. Now, after one and half years he wants to meet her. He is drunker fellow and if he meets my daugher, he will used bad words about me and my family. My daugher is now 9 years old, she also does not want to meet him. She always cries and getting sick after her last meeting with father. I want to stop him to meet my daugher. Request you to suggest some way out. If i simply refuse him to meet her daugher, what steps He will probably takes? For information only, before divorce also I have filled police FIR for his bad and crual behaviour after drinking.

You can stop him from not meeting the child. He has no option to easily get this order implemented. He will have file another case for implementing it.

He can approach court for implementing the orders.
