what are my rights in family property where no will was made by father & later mother(as all property rights were transf.to her after my fathers death) I am youngest son in the family having eldest bro. and then sister

The eldest brother was given noc for society tranfer of share cert. in his name

You have taken care of property by using it for you. In spite of any compensation morally you should pay rent. The tenants also have to look after and maintain the property let out to him/her.

If your father / mother has died intestate and you have not given NOC / surrendered your rights, you are entitled for equal share in the property along with other legal heirs.

Legally speaking, you have got no right in the property just on the ground, you cared for your elder brother.
