Leave & licence query - competent authority - process

This is regarding the L&L Agreement register under MRC. The Licensees is not ready to vacate the premises even after the L&L has been expired. I have given the Application with all documents to the Competent Authority yesterday as well. Now I need to understand how much time it will required to get the possession? & what will be the process follow by Competent Authority?

You have to file suit for eviction. There is no other way. Time limit depends on various factors and it should not be less that 3-5 years.

Eviction suit has to be filed and it may take 3-5 or more years for decision.
