In our society builder has allotted stilt parking much after the sale deeds by way of allotment letters after receiving money from every one and has given some numbers and in some letters no numbers instead stated one parking.
In some letter of allotment the number given by the builder for stilts is different from the approved plan parking numbers. The society has requested the residents to move their parking to the allotted number as per plan approved parkings.
Is the society is correct in doing so based on the parking numbers given in the approved plan

once society is formed society can frmae guidelines for allotment of car parking slots . if number of members desiring a slot are more than slots society can allot parking slots by drawing lots on annual basis
