Gifting of mothers property to only one son.

My grandmother gifted all her property which she inherited from her mother to only her son without giving any share to my mother. the son belong to my grandmother's second marriage and my mother is one she had in her first marriage. does my mother have right to question this in court for getting her share?

Incomplete facts, How property inherited, whether all are Hindus, whether GM is alive, when and how gift was made etc, whether other Heirs exists?

Contact a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

Property was inherited by grandmother from her mother. Hindu Family .
The property costs around 70 lakhs market price. But on stamp paper its shown only 25 Thousand .
Gift made about 5 months ago. Grand Mother alive.

Your grandmother has full rights to dispose her property in the manner she wishes to dispose because she has absolute rights over it as a woman's property. Your mother or anyone cannot lay a claim for her share until your grandmother herself offers her or someone something.
