sir,
we are purchased the land and registered,but which was not recorded in panchayati records.
some of local leaders constructed the walls as we are not residing the local limits now they are trying to sale the property with the political help.
1.after the registration what type of records we have to maintain in the village office.
2.will they succeed to sell the property.
3.what steps we have to follow in the court.
4.if any motation ,pahani are not follewed by me.this may create any problem to me.

1. Apply for mutation.
2. Issue paper notification warning to the prospective buyers about your title rights and illegality in purchasing such property.
3. File suit for declaration and injunction against those illegal sellers.

With photo proof of construction of walls in your property and registered deed that is in your name file a complaint to police for trespass.Police is bound to file FIR and conduct investigation.
You have mentioned someone is trying to sell your property.No one will buy property without registered document in the name of seller.
Advise registrar where your property is located,through a lawyer,not to register any document that is in your name already. If you know who had put the wall engage a lawyer to issue legal notice,
As when and how you can file a complaint in court you have to engage a lawyer if you are not going to appear in person.
