False stridhan claim by wife in women cell

Hi
The false stridhan list prepared by my wife & submitted in CAW cell recently in august 2013
It is around 30 lakhs includung jewellry.
His father is never working(but some rent income)
Two elder brother is working
She is also working
can i share this case with IT department
is stridhan taxable?
How IT department inclusion useful in this ?
Can I file RTI in IT to know whether TAX is given by them or not on Those itme mention in stridhan
other then this she is also demanding 25000pm maintence from me
there is no child
we are seprated since 15 april 2011

you are confusing the matter.
istridhan is not necessary to be gifted by father. it can be ancestral gold or gold given by relatives.
it is not taxable.

whether it is/was in your custody?

The frustrated ladies take shelter of CAW Cell to arm-twist her husband and prepare the list of stridhan in multiplication of actual, till it is in his custody.
However, stridhan (given by both parties to bride) is her only.

Taking up case with the IT department without any solid proof may prove to be harmful to you. So, instead of jumping to some advanced stage without preliminary preparation, it would be better to request the women cell to ask your wife to produce proof of purchase of items of such streedhan and cash/cheque, if given. However, from the IT department you can take help in asking for the copies of IT returns of the family members of your wife through RTI, so that you can match their income versus their expenditure claimed as part of streedhan.

Practically CAW Cell functions for the return of stridhan items, as claimed by the lady wherein CAW cell do hardly question or allow male parterner to question the source of stridhan therefore, it becomes impractical and next to possible to tell lady to come with proof as suggested.
