Perjury /contempt of court during civil suit proceedings

offenses committed during pendency of the suit / during court proceedings of a civil suit. Where the Complainant should file complain under section 340 of Crpc ? Please revert.

Without filing petition u/s 340 crpc the court can not initiate action for perjury.

Dear Mr. Singh
the court can take initiate sue moto or upon filing an application u/s 340 of Cr.PC so file a complaint cum application u/s 340 of Cr.P.C or file a contempt petition before High court after filing the application or contempt petition the court may issue notice to opposite party otherwise not.

I filed a civil contempt petition in Bombay high court, single judge took cognizence of the same and referred it to division bench.
