Adherence to this agreement: No relaxation, forbearance, delay or indulgence by the licensor in enforcing any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or granting of time by the licensor to the licensee shall prejudice, affect or restrict the rights and powers of the licensor hereunder nor shall any waiver by the licensor of any breach hereof operate as a waiver of any subsequent or any continuing breach hereof.
