Hello,
I want to setup a business on my agriculture land, so is it possible to do so. If not then what's the procedure to go on. Please provide ypur useful suggestions asap.

what kind of bussiness? If it is not concerned with agriculture then, you will have to convert the land into NA first. Consult a local lawyer who would guide about the procedure.

You have to approach the local revenue authorities for conversion of agricultural land into Non-agricultural land. Consult the revenue authorities for the procedure.

1 more query i've is that, in my area sambhal, u.p., a news is published in amarujala that their is no need to convert agriculture land to industrial land to setup industry. I 've a copy of that. So plz give ur suggestions.

If you already have the copy of the paper cutting so obtain the notification of State of UP to that regard and thereafter no need to raise any query on the subject.
