Both the party wants to divorce

Dear Sir,
1)What are the steps for a divorce in mutual consent in India.
We Registered our marriage to the court on dated 10.05.2013 and we both are not stay together for a single day and now we both husband & wife wants to divorce on our mutual consent please give me a your advise and procedure for the same and also time period for that.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Minimum completed 1 year, after that you apply than court will decided within 6 month,

If we both wants to Re-register our marriage after divorce than it is possible as per HM act. What are the procedures for knowing the registered couple marriage identity?

You can apply for MCD after one year.

You can apply for mutual consent divorce after one year of the marriage (Registration). It will take six months for finalization. After divorce one can show as single in documents.
