Partition

(Querist) 11 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
father died in the year of 2009, father had ancestral properties and same was allotted him as per partition deed in the year of 1985. he had wife,son and daughter.
Wife, son and daughter equally entitled share in the said properties? what entitled wife?

After partition of ancestral property the same became self acquired property of your father and after sad demise of your father his legal heirs i.e wife,son and daughter each are equally entitled to get 1/3 share of property.
