How to file case in consumer court

Hi,
I want to file a case against HITACHI company as I purcased AC last year and it is not functioning properly. Please let me know the procedure as how can I file a case, the website link and the charges because they are not able to resolve the issue and not providing any effective response.

Approach a lawyer nearby your place and act accordingly. You have to send notice to the Company and then file a case against the company.

Thre are many NGO fighting for right of consumers. Contact your Local Political Leader/ councillor/ Social worker, who will do it for you/ file cons compl..
Or u can avail the services of Advocate.

is the defect within warranty period . ? have you addressed complaint in writing ? is there any reply ? first exhaust other remedies then go to consumer forum . you can fight the case on your own . since amount involved is not substantail if you engage lawyer you will have to pay legal fees .

I had purchased AC in last May12 and from June12 there is problem in that. Engineers came to my place 10 times app and they always say now it will work properly but within two three days it again showing cooling problem and noise problem. I have emails which I exchanged with Hitachi customer care. In last october they extended warrenty for three months. But what I do with warrenty if AC is not working. I asked them to provide me their seniors contact details but they are not providing.
Now please suggest how to proceed further. Do I need to contact any lawer, NGO or I can send notice by myself or anything else?
