CrPC S.125 - Maintenance

Respected Experts, May I request you to kindly let me know if any Bombay High Court or Supreme Court of India Cases are available wherein maintenance under S.125 has been refused to wife because she is living separately without any just reason or because husband and wife are living separately by mutual consent. I think there is no need of any judgment as there is the law in Cr. P.C. that the wife is not entitled for any maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C. if the wife is living separately without any just reason or because husband and wife are living separately by mutual consent.riven

Resp. Rakhi Budhiraja, Thanks for your expert advice. I also agree with you. However, the law is in favour of women and the Honble Courts intend to take soft corner for ladies. That is why I was asking to support my contentions with some judgements. Thanksriven
