Registration of property in my wife name

Sir
what are current benefits of getting immovable property registered in wife name in up.
Can i take home loan my self,get tax benefit and register property in my wife name.

for first point answer is simple that benefit is good investment. You can buy the property in your name and your wife name jointly then you can get tax benefit , if your wife is not claim the benefit of tax

RATE AND REBATE BOTH HAS BEEN TOLD TO YOU ALREADY.
Unless you are co buyer Income tax rebates you desire with regard to installments and interest would not be allowed to you.Bank may also be hesitant to grant you loan to buy property in your wife's name.
