This is 5 bighas agricultral land in uttar pradesh. My grandfather is owner of his share which he got from his dad. Now he want to prepared a will . And wanted to give his share to one son. He has two son. Can he excute a WILL. He want to do the WILL from kolkata . can it possible to excute WILL from kolkata of this Ancentral land property?

If he is a Hindu then he can bequeath to the extent of his share in the ancestral property by way of a will.
