Phone taping without our knowledge

1) How to file a case if anybody taping our phone conversation with the help of the service provider(for example vodafone or airtel) without our knowledge and posting the same words/sentence in social website like twitter or facebook. They reveal our secrets.

2) what is the section number if we can file case against them.

1. Right of privacy is guaranteed to every citizen though not absolute unless State deems it fit otherwise so you may file a police complaint with cyber cell under IT Act.

2. You need not mention any section rather leave it upon police authorities to impose as this is also a crime against State.
