order vi rule 14 a (2) of cpc

Sir, please clarify on the following in civil suit for partition...

Im plaintiff, there are 8 defendants and notice to D7 was served in private to NEW ADDRESS OF D7 as orderd by court and AOS submitted LAST HEARING...as such no change in my address...

NOW, the address of D7 given in plaint was last resided and now notice served at new address ...
Questions
1. now SHOULD I FILE TO COURT UNDER ORDER VI RULE 14 (A)(2) informing to court that the REGISTERED ADDRESS OF D7 IS CHANGED...
or D7 must file in his W/statement? .. who is to file me or D7?

2. Is there any standard format for such filing or can i file it as a memo...

3. Can we file as many no.of memo at anytime during the pendency of case or any restriction on this....

Please clarify...

2. You can file it as a memo.

2.THERE IS ADDRESS PROFORMA OF CPC IN PRINTED FORM WITH STAMP VENDORS IN COURTS.
3.AS PER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CASE.
