My salary is 15000/p.m.what amount will decide in family court. Wife is B.A,B.ed,no child issue ,my mother father depend on me.

you have to post detailed facts off your case . whether your wife is working or not ? is she in position to maintain herself ?

As per my guessing Rs.3000/- per month maintenance to the wife.

If she was earning , had job, and resigned , just to get mtn, she will not get any mtn for herself. u hv to prove it.
If she is working, have salary as her earning, or conducting tuition classes for gain, she will not be granted any mtn.

in your reply mention her qualifications that she is BA BEd and can easily earn around 15,000 a month as salary .if a lady is highly qualufued and yet refuses to work it wll help you in your case to avoid or minimse maintenace to be paid

Maintenance is not decided in High Court. What is bcs?

If she is not earning then she is entitled for maintenance from you but the amount depends upon the understanding of the facts of the judge deciding the matter.
