Validity of driving licence

Dear sir,
A driving license for m.cycle and LMV was issued on 28.05.2003. Subsqently An endorsement was made by other Dto on 02.06.2004 for authority to drive HGV and HPV with required educational document and heavy motor driving certificate.No learner was issued before endorsement for Hgv and Hpv by dto and endorsement was made.The same licence was renewed by same dto office in year 2007 and 2010.Still this is a valid license till 2013.
Weather the said license is a valid license to drive M.cycle,Lmv,Hgv and hpv under provision of motor vehicle act of India.
Kindly send me its legal validity,in eye of law.

seems to be valid license as it has been renewed from time to time .

You can drive only those vehicles which are mentioned in the driving license.
Now if the license is genuine then you should not think much about its validity as long as you do not violate its instructions.
