Judgement in money suit

(Querist) 29 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
In a Judgement in money suit the judgment say that the defendant is liable to pay the suit amount in installment, and is silent on the part of interest which was also the prayer of the plaintiff. Now when the decree will be prepared whether the interest of 6% will be allowed and whether the decree will include the court fee deposited at the time of filing of the suit and other miscellaneous costs.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 29 October 2012
file review petition in court against the said judgement mentioning the points on which court has not pass orders in said judgement
and pray to court to review its judgement.

The decree have been passed giving 19% interest per annum but the cost of the suit have been disallowed. The defendant is asked to pay the money in five monthly installment. Should I wait for five months and then file an execution petition. please specify.
