Myself and my brother are the two benficieries of a house as per my father's registered will.I get 66% and my brother gets 33%or so. we signed a partition affidavit drafted by an advocate about 17 years back and we are enjoying as per that.
My brother went for probating this will and he is the administrator. The court passed the orders in july but he is yet to communicate about it and implement it since
it is not advantagious to him. I am very old
What is the legal remedy. can I refer the matter to the registrar of High court chennai
kindly advice

You need to go to the high court.
You can apply in the same Probate court for discharge of your brother from administratorship on the ground of non completion of his duties and for appointment of new administrator including yourself.
