Locus standi in the case for the petitioner

(Querist) 01 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir
The petitioner's company had signed a sub-contract agreement with some Big company for the Army work and worked on site for more than 8 months under supervision of officer of Army. That after the petitioner was not given payment by Big company, they approached Army and came to know Big comoany did not have permission to give Sub-contract and gave RTI reply to the petitioner that No Permission to Big Company. Also according to the clause of Army, Big Company was to be blacklisted if it makes any attempts to sublet any portion of the work. But this did not happen as Army officers were supporting big company.

That after petitioner complaint to army, the petionter company was sent letter of termination from Big company that it is not working on the site and causing loss. But in actual, through RTI the petitioner came to know that Army had written to Big Company to stop Sublet or it would be blacklisted. Therefore loss was caused to the petitioner.
After RTI, the petitioner came to know that the agreement signed by it with the Big Company was actually scanned & forged document of Army Tender having signatures of Army Authority.

After Army official asked Big Company to stop subletting, it terminated the petitioner but not other 3 subcontractors working at the site and Army officers know this. Therefore, the petitioner had filed Civil Writ Petition in High Court against the Big Company & Army Department asking the Army officers to blacklist the Big Company and get FIR registered against them.

Now in arguments, Judge has raised the question of Locus standi for the petitioner in the case. Please help what should the petitioner do?
