Store chain not doing repair for under warranty product.

(Querist) 23 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I purchased and electronic product from a reputed electronic store, my product is under warranty and is not working now. In spite of lodging several complaints they are not sending any technician to repair it. Can I sue them for this as its making me feel as I am not given my consumer right.

You can sue the store as well as the company in the District Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act.
