If i have to file pil or writ then can i Sent fact, Ground and Prayer of my pil or writ to the concerned judge or chief justice of high court for consideration of matter and pray that if they found matters
has point to consider then provide me lawyer or allow me to argue me on my own or if they think that matter can not be considered then i am ready to accept their view and will not file writ or pil before filling this writ or pil in high court so that I can be protected against the cost which court may award if they think that matter can not be considered and dissmissed with cost after filling this pil or writ ?

If yes then please tell how this can be done

1.U cannot send PIL/ WRIT papers directly to Judge and u will have to file them at filing counter of HC/Sc.

2.If ur PIL/WRIT has no merit then it will be dismissed with heavy costs.

3.So think with cool mind before filing it as

it is no joke.

You are yourself satisfied that you are not filing a sustainable writ andstill going ahead.

Furher please do nto mistke thejudge to be your legal adviser and never expect a judge to give opinion on your papers befor eyou file a case in court. It is derogatory.

repeated query.
It clearly means that you are satisfied that the PIL proposed to be filed by you is worthless and liable to be dismissed with cost. Still You want to file.
