Consumer redressal court

Please let me know whether the decision of a consumer redressal court can be challenged in any higher courts.

Yes, it can be challenged in State Commission which is higher court.

Consumer protection courts are of three tier,all enjoy original jurisdiction to entertain complaints based on valuation of the subject matter. From district forum appeal lies to state commission and from state commission to national commission,and from national commission to supreme court u/s
