sir... at 10th jan 2012 i filed the case in kanpur court declaration of owner and deposited rs 700 court fees my share in this property is appox 360 sqm and the circle rate in knp is 40,000 per sq m till date my lawyer has been unsucessfull in getting stay order or owner declaration ..... my shares value is in this property is around 1.50croce and i offer you 10% that means 15lac fees if i get my share and the court declare my share and possession of my share ....but my condition is i will give 15lac but after the decision is in my favour....and sir if u or any other is lawyer intrested in this deal please reply me here or contact me on 9839813788...

This is not the way you are offering publicly to all. If you want to engage any particular lawyer, contact him personally and finalize mutually agreed terms and conditions.

YOU MAY THINK WRONGLY BUT COURTS ARE NOT CASINOS.
IT IS ANOTHER AFFAIR THAT WE DO NOT HAVE SPEEDY JUDICIAL SYSTEM FOR SEVERAL REASONS.
