Refund of advance

dear sir,
i have advanced 7 lac for a land through account payee cheque & have money receipt now due to some reason i want my money back . what is legal option ?

Did you enter into an agreement with the original landlord,while paying the advance and if so what are the contents?First tell him that you are not interested in purchasing the property and hence want your advance money back.
