court has passed eviction order against me as wellas sublettees for nonpayment ofrent and subletting. 2 month time was given to vacate. sub lettees vacated and gave possession to landlord. i being tenant will file appeal against evic\tion orders. since sub lettees have gone only charge against me is of nonpayment of arrears.in appeal my case will find favour or charge of subletting still persists.
