Respected Sir,
What I actually want to ask is that a company entered into MOU with Second party. Now company want to terminate/ Cancel/ revoke the MOU on this ground that their is recession in market, But in MOU their is no termination Clause, Force Majure Clause, or no period is prescribed for MOU.
Further, I want to state that from some sources i got the information that in Termination you have to give the Clause of the Agreement and in case of cancellation, you may cancel the Agreement on the default of other party.
Respected members i just want to conform the above same in light of your valuable knowledge.
kindly give your valuable suggestion on the above

Dear Shonee Jee,
In my last query i put the real scenario of some company and i tried google and law lexicon but not to much convincing.
Further again i wanna tell you that if you are facing such problem than what you suggest your client whether he should sent the cancellation Letter or termination Letter (in respect of Recession in Market) in this context that their is no termination or cancellation Clause or Force Majure Clause.
Further i am not asking any diffrence at all between these terms.
Please kindly suggest me in the light of above context
