Registered sale deed land claiming

sir total land measuring 395 sq yds in one survey number in hyderabad outskirts is purchased by both my father in law 200 sq.yds and his colleague 195 sq.yds in 1995 sale deed and registered it individually and both being central govt employees claimed house building loan my father in law expired in 1996.now in 2012 we checked it in internet for e.c. in one s.r.o. both names were there and his friends loan is still recovering it is mortgaged in the name of president of india. my father in laws loan is recovered in 1996.in another s.r.o. the owner double registered it in 2005. now how to claim my land. it is presently used by occupier for agricultural

when did your father in law sie? who are the legal heirs of said land?

if seller has sold land again in 2004 and you have documentary evidence to prove ownerhsip file case for cheating etc against the seller .

contact a local lawyer and alos file civil suit for declaration and other reliefs .

The heirs of your father in law can file a criminal as well as civil suit.The second sale is void.

Better contact a local property lawyer well versed in revenue record.

as per the details the land was purchased by your FIL during 1995, and ec also show it is title on his name, better to approach local lawyer and act accordingly
