Deposit of leave & licence agreement

normally how deposit amt is determined?

from the legal view what is the valid amount is allowed?

is there any ceiling for determing the maximum amt of deposit(security deposit)?


if security deposit amount will be adjusted against the rent of last months , is it affect the stamp duty calculation?


if security deposit not return to licencees with in time limit & licensoe is liable to pay interest par day for delay payment of security deposit:- is this clause affect the on the stamp duty calculation?

do some home work on your own . you have raised in numerable queries on leave and license . post it in same thread as advised

in any case security deposit to be payable depends upon the agreement between parties .

ANS: Amt mutually agreed upon. No law.
