Domicile certificate / general residence certificate

As the merit of BTC cource regarding primary teachers in U.P. are being prepared on district level and for the candidate, it is must that he/she should have domicile certificate / general residence certificate from that district, where he/she is applying. In view of the above, what is the home district for for a married women i.e. the district of her father or the district of her husband. Does she apply from the both district or from any one district where the number of vacancies are more. Please also forward me the government order / reference letter / condition regarding eligibility criteria for achieving the general residence certificate of any district / minimum duration of residance in that district.

You are knocking wrong door for your query. All these conditions must be in the advertisement of the State so why are you demanding such information from us.
The home district of a married woman shall be the district wherein she is married.
